"Disaster - The Musical" Aug. 3, 2pm show at the Marietta Theater, located at 11 Whitlock Avenue, Marietta.

High energy super fun music!  We will be dancing at our seats!  Discounted tickets for all Cobb Rotarians and their guests!  We will get a block of good tickets and discounted tickets - $32.

Marietta Past President Jeff Cooper is performing, along with many other wildly talented people.  This is a "DON'T MISS" event of fun music that we all know!

The After-Party will be a Glover Park Brewery, 5pm to whenever.   Light food provided, drinks on your own.

We will add a "Disaster Relief" service component, which will raise awareness and funds for Serv Comm, the relief organization led by NCRC member Officer Mike O'Brien.

Dolores: Medical Liaison, Honor Flight Conyers

Dolores is a dedicated Paramedic with over 30 years of experience in Public Safety, bringing a wealth of medical expertise to every situation. Currently working in a hospital Emergency Room, her career has long been driven by a profound commitment to helping others.

This passion led her to a remarkable calling: honoring our nation's veterans. Inspired by her late father, a WWII Veteran who served in Burma, India, and China, Dolores found a deeply personal way to carry on his legacy. She now serves as the Medical Liaison for Honor Flight Conyers, a role she took on at the organization's inception. For every single one of the 27 Honor Flights hosted by the chapter, Dolores has been an indispensable part of the team, carrying her father's picture as a tribute to him and all who have served.

In addition to her role with Honor Flight, she is a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and a former Senior Member with the Civil Air Patrol, further demonstrating her lifelong dedication to service. With her unique combination of medical skill and a deep-seated passion for our nation's heroes, Dolores’s story is a powerful testament to the impact one person can have on the lives of many.

Come and lend a helping hand as we unload the Midwest Food Bank truck and restock the KSU CARES Pantry. The ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs will be needed for this project.

Volunteers needed to bring sides for 30 people, serve dinner, and cleanup.

The Extension is a faith based, 12 step, recovery program for both men and women.  The residential program has Marietta facilities on Church St. Extension for the men and Holiday St. for women.  North Cobb Rotary has provided dinner on a monthly basis for going on 15 years.  It is a chance to get to know your fellow members in service as well as provide some encouragement for the men and women in recovery.  Residents are required to gain employment during their residence and they receive counseling, job preparation and life skills in addition to the recovery process.  This is an opportunity to get to know your members and be an encourager to these residents as they transform their lives.

proud member of the Rotary Club of Peachtree City since 2001, Steve has held numerous

leadership roles including Club President during the pandemic year, Assistant Governor,

and founder of the club’s 501(c)(3) Foundation. He’s a Major Donor Level 2, Sheffield

Leadership Award winner, multi-time GRSP Host Family, and a tireless advocate for youth

and community service through Rotary.

Steve brings a strong blend of military and corporate leadership to his role, with a U.S.

Naval Academy degree, Gulf War service as a U.S. Marine Corps Major, and a successful

career culminating as Director of Quality at Eaton prior to retirement to focus solely on

Rotary. Beyond Rotary, he’s a community volunteer, mentor, and board member of several

nonprofits. Steve and his wife Anna, a healthcare executive, have two daughters, Kayla and

Claire, in healthcare and enjoy traveling, real estate investing, and time with their golden

doodle, Harley.
