Come join us at Kennesaw State University and lend a helping hand as we unload the Midwest Food Bank truck and restock the KSU CARES Pantry. | 6 | 7 10 McKenna Farms - Therapeutic Play Area Closet Refresh Join your fellow club members as we renovate a small closet within the therapeutic play area at McKenna Farms. This service project is in support of our larger district competitive grant previously awarded to McKenna Farms. The refresh work includes:
1) all wire shelving removed 2) all wood baseboard trim and top crown trim removed 3) all existing wood wall paneling removed so as to expose (previous-installed) wood paneling behind 4) all screw/nail holes to received wood putty 5) paint all wall surface areas 6) re-install all baseboard trim + top crown trim 7) continue installation of new gym floor mat

Thank you! The Extension is a faith based, 12 step, recovery program for both men and women. The residential program has Marietta facilities on Church St. Extension for the men and Holiday St. for women. North Cobb Rotary has provided dinner on a monthly basis for going on 15 years. It is a chance to get to know your fellow members in service as well as provide some encouragement for the men and women in recovery. Residents are required to gain employment during their residence and they receive counseling, job preparation and life skills in addition to the recovery process. This is an opportunity to get to know your members and be an encourager to these residents as they transform their lives. He currently serves on the D6900 grants committee and provides advice and reviews for RI global grants. Bob has led service projects in Tanzania and Brazil and has assisted others in India, Colombia and Panama. Among his (mostly) completed projects is the APADPEL Down Syndrome Training & Education Center in Pelotas, R.S. Brazil. Bob the designated CEO for First City Bank, planned to open in Alpharetta later this year. Bob ’s career has spanned corporate finance, banking and the capital markets. Through his career, Bob has worked at several financial institutions in various executive capacities, primarily responsible for strategic planning, business development, financial management and turnaround work. Bob serves on the Audit Committee for Fulton County, Georgia, and is an Advisory Board member for the Black School of Business at the Pennsylvania State University. Cathy Girardeau – Short Bio Cathy Girardeau, ACC, is a certified coach, mediator, and longtime HR leader based in Savannah, GA. Active in Rotary and the local Mediation Center, Cathy brings compassion, creativity, and strategic insight to her work with individuals and organizations.
Dave Razo: Coach - Author – Speaker – Leader Dave spent a long and distinguished career as a pilot and senior executive leader in the United States Air Force. He spent years focused on education, training and leadership. In one assignment he was the vice commander in charge of over 50 aircraft and more than 10,000 military and civilian men and women. He then became the Director of Training for the Air Force Reserve Command providing policy guidance to over 50,000 airmen. When Dave retired as a Colonel in 2006, he founded Razor Sharp Investments. Subsequently, he worked with an investment education company, teaching new investors how to handle their money, and then two brokerage firms doing the same thing. In 2012, Dave founded his own investment firm. Now Dave has started a coaching business and is committed to helping individuals and group lead a fulfilling and successful life. In his work as a coach, Dave is dedicated to improving the human condition in the six main areas of life.
