First Ever NCRC Board Retreat

The North Cobb Rotary Club is doing some big things, and the Board needed a few hours together to discuss and create. We worked on written Job Responsibilities for each Board position. We worked on an update of the by-laws. We discussed Members Options (Active, Sustaining, Young Professional, Law Enforcement, Honorary). We agreed to try a "Soul Jam" event, to help new members get acquainted with long-term members.

The Retreat was a great success!!
