Project Mail Call

On February 17, volunteers from the Rotary Club of North Cobb packed 18 care-boxes weighing a total of 252 pounds for 189 deployed Army and Navy personnel in Djibouti, Iraq, Poland, Slovakia, and South Korea. This was the first time the group has packed with Project Mail Call, but you would never know it, considering how efficient and proficient they were. NCRC will be back for a second packing day on March 16.

The Rotary Club of North Cobb made a $1000 financial donation that they raised via a ”Super Bowl Square” raffle. In the photo below, Special Projects Chair Christina Hawkins and President Nancy Prochaska are presenting the check to Mary and Ed Ettel, who founded Project Mail Call. in 2005.
