The NCRC gathered for their 2nd annual Pints and Pearls event hosted at Red Top Brewhouse in Acworth GA. It was a wonderful evening filled with fun, fellowship, and generosity in support of ending polio. A few highlights of the event include 50+ members including guests, and friends that gathered to play Heads and Tails. The event raised $1,837.81 for the Polio Plus campaign, and our winning participant was Beth Riedemann. Additionally, DG Steve Ivory joined the event to present club member Robert Hankinson and his wife Marion as Major Donors for the Rotary Foundation. This marks the 2nd major donor for the North Cobb Rotary Club. DG Steve also supported the pinning ceremony for 6 new Paul Harris Fellows and 3 level promotions. With these additions, the club has earned 19 new and leveling up Paul Harris Fellows, this Rotary year.
