The Power of Peace Project (POPP) builds peace among rival gangs and gang members at Eastman, a volatile juvenile prison in Georgia. POPP teaches peace-making skills. This year, for the first time ever, those 60 boys involved in the POPP work received gift bags of name-brand, high quality personal hygiene products, like shampoo, body wash, soap, etc. This was a BIG DEAL for these boys, who have stayed with the prpgram.
