When a Christmas Eve freeze burst the water pipes at the Women's Extension, the 20 residents had to relocate while repairs were made. It took over 8 months to finish the work! In the process, many items were damaged. So the Women's Extension made a "Wish List" which was sent to all NCRC members. They were invited to send whatever they wished. Many items were sent.
