The Rotary Club of North Cobb has partnered with the Rotary Club of Umudike Central (Nigeria) to do a second year of the Pad a Girl Project. We are providing reusable sanitary products for 400 school girls, so that they can stay in school all month, every month. These reusable products will be explained by health professionals and an educational program has been developed so that the girls have a clearer understanding of their bodies.
This project will be carried out in late February through March. Photos will be added to this story when they are available. We also hope to have a Facebook Live video to post.
