April 12, 2021 Rita Norris Carelink of NW Georgia

Rita Norris is the Board of Director Chairperson of CareLink of Northwest Georgia, Inc.,. Carelink is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that opened for business in November 2018. It is Paulding County's only 100% volunteer run primary care health facility serving adults with no health insurance or Medicare Part A only. Carelink is open two and a half days per week from 8:30 - 12.  CareLink, though an independent clinic, enjoys a strong community partner agreement with Wellstar Health System. Many of our provider volunteers come from the Wellstar Health system. Located in the heart of Dallas GA, we serve by appointment individuals from both within the county as well as surrounding communities. CareLink desires not only to serve the primary health of the individuals, but also to look for other ways to serve the holistic health of those individuals with the belief that this will strengthen both the entire family structure as well as the community in which the person resides.
